Recruiter - RPO - Telecom

Flexi Partners is looking for a Recruiter to join a short term RPO project we have undertaken in Muscat, Oman.

The Person :

- 4-5 years in core recruitment, either in corporates of consultancies.

- Knowledge of telecom market would be a big advantage.

The role :

- Its a 4 month project to start with, which can be extended on performance.

- The person would be based in the client location.

- There is a specific set of exclusive positions to be filled in this period.

The role would involve:

- Client Management - To interact with HR and Senior management at client, interviews are happening, and feed backs are given by client on time.

- Mandate Management - To ensure JDs are provided, ensure stipulated CVs are sent against each mandate, and closures are happening

- Delivery management - To coordinate with the back end delivery team in Bangalore to ensure CV flow.

- Recruitment - The person is expected to work on mandates himself and close positions.
