Responsibilities :
- End to end recruitments in the ITeS space across levels and roles
- Meeting revenue targets set (Primary KRA)
- Client front facing (Secondary KRA)
- Ensuring seamless delivery for positions assigned
- Strong Internal & external process adherence
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduates / MBAs with 1 year or more exposure in recruitments ITeS space.
- Sound understanding of the different tools for talent search
- Strong sourcing skills
- Should be well equipped in handling headhunting & mapping assignments
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with intermediate level of MS office usage
- Has the ability to front end clients
- Should have a proactive approach to work
- Understand the expectations from an end to end recruiter
- Strong negotiator
