Key Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end hiring for retail banking operations back office roles, workforce management, voice & non voice
- Understanding position requirements from the business/leadership, creating hiring strategies
- Sourcing candidates through different portals, developing candidate pipeline
- Managing compensation negotiation with candidates
- Timely interaction with stakeholders, maintain relationship with outside vendors
Experience
- 1 - 4 years of experience in end-to-end hiring and sourcing
- MBA/Post Graduation from premium colleges
- Ability to partner with clients and candidates at all levels
- Critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills
