- Understanding & recruiting experience of banking job families like: Retail/Wealth RMs, Business Development/Sales Professionals, Credit Risk Analysts, Mortgages professionals, Tellers & Branch Banking Professionals, OR Bank hiring, Retail banking, front line Insurance hiring, banking operations, financial market hiring Equitys, derivatives operations, global banking operations hiring, BPO hiring (banking roles), IB operations hiring

- Hands-on Sourcing on the above mentioned

- Adept with Job boards & Social Media Recruiting

- Ability to front-end hiring managers

- A Basic understanding of India /India-based Foreign Bank Talent Landscape

- Basic XLS and data interpretation knowledge
