We are Hiring Talent Acquisiton professional for a leading Management Consulting organisation.
- The candidate must be well versed with using Job boards, social media, LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Screening candidates and creating a qualified shortlist
- Interacting with stakeholders across location to understand their requirements / requisitions raised by them to strategize hiring activities
- Ensuring high rate of quality conversion, problem solving to ensure quick turn arounds
- Solution oriented approach to engage stakeholders, and external vendors
- Maintaining recruitment MIS on lateral hires on an ongoing basis
- Maintaining resume database, candidate feedbacks and other important information on all candidates shortlisted and interviewed through Taleo
- Conducting Recruitment Drives, Walk-ins and Personal Interview
- End to end ownership and governance of recruitment process
HRIS/ Taleo:
- Using Taleo for creation of new job requisitions and keeping the data clean
- Adopting to tools to enable interview scheduling and collation of interview feedback
