Recruiter Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching Social media, Job portals, networking, cold calling, head hunting and employment agencies.
- Determines candidate requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Plays a role of a career advisor to the candidate
- Create a story board and give a sales pitch to the candidate about the organisation and the position
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analysing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Maintain complete MIS and metrics related to recruitment.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills i.e. English and Hindi
- Sourcing and screening knowledge on IT infrastructure skills and development related skills vis-a vis
IT Infra skills :
- Windows, Backup, Linux, OS, Storage, Cloud (AWS/AZURE,GCP), Virtualization, DB, Network, Security, Engineering
- Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects
- Network, Provisioning, Transmission, etc o Development related technologies
- Core Java, Javascript, HTML, Python, CSS, ROR, Angular JS, GIT, C, C++, oracle, SQL Server, etc
- Recruiting and interviewing skills
- Strong negotiations skills
- Phone and online meeting platform skills
- Supports workplace diversity
- Professionalism and project management skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree is a must. MBA will be added advantage
- 5 to 8 years recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
