Salary : upto INR 70000 Per month

Job Responsibilities :

- Handling End to End Recruitment for International IT Positions for US & European Union Region.

- Managing candidates pipeline through various channels and Job Boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster etc.

- Scanning the the International recruitment market and closing the positions within timelines

- Preparing and maintain Database for all the applicants at different stages of recruitment life cycle and provide daily updates on the candidate status

- Attend relevant Training, Seminars to keep them abreast of the latest trends in hiring in the International Market

- Hiring through different Social Media channels

- Managing referrals and closing positions through references received from different channels

- Handling end to end process of sourcing, shortlisting, coordinating, scheduling, follow up and closing offers to cover monthly targets

Candidate Requirements :

- Relevant experience of Min 6 Months experience required in International hiring

- Relevant experience in closing IT Positions required

- Good communications skills

- Laptop and Internet Facility at home for WFH requirement
