What You'll Do:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

- Source qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, professional networks, employee referrals).

- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to identify promising candidates.

- Schedule and conduct in-person interviews, effectively evaluating candidate skills and experience.

- Negotiate and extend competitive offers to top candidates.

- Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date information.

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment or a related field.

- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for various positions.

- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A strong understanding of employment law and compliance (a plus, not mandatory).
