Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Source potential candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, networking, and other avenues.

- Review resumes and applications to determine candidate suitability for open positions.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.

- Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.

- Negotiate salary and compensation packages with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a recruiter or in a similar HR role, preferably in the CA or Accounting firm.

- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

- Experience in non-IT hiring processes, including screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Confident and presentable with excellent negotiation skills.

- Proactive approach to recruitment, with the ability to close positions swiftly and efficiently.

- Familiarity with job portals and other recruitment platforms to source and attract top talent.

- Ability to follow recruitment processes and adhere to turnaround time (TAT) expectations.

- Experience with recruiting for specialized roles in finance, accounting, or consulting.
