- We are seeking a motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic hiring support.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews, both phone and in-person, to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Prepare and extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates as necessary.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain good communication with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR field.
- Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical, marketing, and administrative positions.
- Certification in HR or recruitment (SHRM-CP, AIRS) is a plus
