As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for leveraging market insight and your recruiting expertise to help our Business Leaders strategically grow their team. You will assist in providing an end-to-end sourcing framework to include passive sourcing, building out our Talent Network, Conferences and Events, Social Networking, and various Diversity Channels.
- 70% TA & 30% HR Generalist role
Other Responsibilities include:
- Utilize your analytical and critical thinking skills to decipher large data for reporting and strategic analysis.
- Leverage your technical and business acumen to help consult various hiring challenges
- Act as an I&D advocate throughout sourcing processes, influencing and understanding organizational initiatives
- Operational Excellence - Ensure consistent process and policy implementation
- Build strong partnerships with your Recruiting peers, Business Leaders, and Industry professional
Desired Skills and Experience
- Build and cultivate external networks/pipelines, based on alignments, that inform demand planning, candidate sourcing, collaboration (knowledge share), and candidate vetting
- Strong experience in Stakeholder management
- Leverage social media and talent communities to attract key talent
- Strong understanding and/or desire to learn a full spectrum of the technology stack
- Good with Excel, PowerPoint, Extraction in Github, Stackoverflow/Linkedin/Portals methodologies
- Ability to think outside the box, be self-motivated, and innovative
- Experience in ATS tools and HRMS tools
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must 5 to 8 years of End to End Talent Acquisition experience in IT industry or Biotech/ Healthcare/ Pharma/ Lifesciences would be great
- Matured with excellent communication skills
- Full time MBA in HR from tier 2 or tier 3 college
- 18 to 20 Lacs per annum & MBA HR full time course
