ABOUT THE ROLE :
- This role is responsible for developing, refining and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, develop and retain highly qualified senior talent across all the businesses.
- Candidate will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and robust recruitment process for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Design and execute the talent sourcing strategy for the open roles. This includes understanding and mapping the external talent landscape, managing all candidates with the highest levels of care, providing a great experience to referrals to deliver on roles in their portfolio
- Independently identify, source, and interview candidates for the corporate/leadership role
- Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
- Responsible for building and executing on both a medium and long term pipelining strategy for the specific skill buckets
- Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
