Role :
- Implement University Relation plans & solutions for campuses across India and deliver results
- Implement plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives
- Be the relationship owner of assigned campuses and build the brand among stakeholders such as placement cell, placement coordinators, students to improve hiring quality and numbers
- Lead internal processes such as intern conversion, onboarding etc.
- Design and implement projects to improve candidate experience on and off campus
- Manage relevant senior stakeholders by becoming sole point of contact for their campus related activities
Skill :
Ability to influence and partner with various stakeholders to achieve results
Ability to hire at an entry level from campuses, with experience in hiring from Tier 1 and 2 campuses.
Exposure to handling and filling up JAFs (Job Announcement forms) for campuses like IIT.
Strong inclination towards managing processes and designing new areas of process innovation
Excellent written & verbal communication skills. High quality report preparation
Persona :
- 1-3 years in End to End Campus recruitment with strong focus on metrics
- Have managed multiple stakeholders at a Hiring Manager level
- Equally comfortable hiring from campuses in volume as well as special roles from Tier 1 Campuses
- strong problem solving skills, critical thinking & self-initiative
