U.S. Recruiter
- Experience in handling full-life cycle of US recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified profiles).
- Experience with stakeholder management
- Must have prior experience with IT/Non IT recruiting.
- Must have hands-on experience with job boards like Dice, etc.
- Must have hands-on recruiting experience with professional networking sites (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Must have prior experience with recruiting CRM/ATS (Workday would be highly preferred)
- Must have excellent communication skills.
