Recruco - Senior Specialist - Legal

We are looking for a resourceful candidate to join Legal & Compliance department based in Hyderabad, India.

What You'll Do Day-to Day:

Primary responsibilities include reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements in support of the firm's renewable energy business, including services agreements, project vendor engagement letters, financing ancillary agreements, equipment supply agreements, and lease deeds with potential counterparties and vendors.

The role will also involve providing M&A due diligence support and collaborating with attorneys in other global offices on various agreements and miscellaneous projects.

Who We're Looking For:

- A bachelor's degree in law is required; a master's degree is preferred

- An impressive record of academic achievement along with four to five years of experience, including experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.

- Familiarity with agreements pertaining to the renewable energy business is preferred but not required.

- Excellent organizational and analytical ability; outstanding judgment; a keen attention to detail; and proven drafting, communication, and project management skills are required.
