Recordent - Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Leads multiple inter-dependent work-streams in building a scalable product

- Understand customer needs and gather product requirements

- Conduct user research to validate hypotheses

- Engage closely with the cross functional teams Business Development, Member Services, Design, Engineering etc. to develop products & features

- Hands-on delivery of detailed requirements specification from low fidelity wireframes for easy consumption by design and engineering to defining Epics, User stories and reporting Bugs

- Define feature and sprint goals and closely track progress

- Have a global aesthetic - The product will expand globally, and aesthetic should transcend cultural boundaries to deliver a true global experience

- Be responsible for the short, medium, and long-term product roadmap

- Continuously improve product differentiation by studying competitors

Qualification & Experience:

- Post-Graduate in Management Studies or MBA from a good business school

- 3-5 years of experience in Product Management

- Fintech experience is an added advantage

- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability articulate product features and vision clearly to senior management and external executives and partners

- Excellent quantitative & qualitative analytical and critical thinking skills

- Continuously build knowledge and market intelligence

- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
