Job Scope:
The ideal candidate is an analytical team player and owns the product roadmap and development. You will work with other product managers and cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps. The Senior Product Manager works closely with our engineers to guide products from conception to launch. As part of the Product Management team, you bridge technical and business worlds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Owns the product roadmap and prioritization
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the organization to gather business requirements to translate into well-defined customer journeys
- Work closely with the technology partner to ensure project completion
- Leads multiple inter-dependent work-streams as we build the product for scale
- Deep understanding of MSME landscape especially, SME lending and Insurance to drive strategic projects in product development and broaden the product base
- Conduct user research to validate hypotheses
- Engage closely with the cross functional teams - Business Development, Member Services, Design, Engineering etc. to develop products & features
- Hands-on delivery of detailed requirements specification from low fidelity wireframes for easy consumption by design and engineering to defining Epics, User stories and reporting Bugs
- Define feature and sprint goals and closely track progress
- Have a global aesthetic - The product will expand globally, and aesthetic should transcend cultural boundaries to deliver a true global experience Continuously improve product differentiation by studying competitors
Qualification & Experience:
- Post-Graduate in Management Studies or MBA from a good business school
- Atleast 8 years of experience with minimum 5 years in Product Management
- Fintech experience is an added advantage
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent oral and written skills to communicate complex issues and influence others internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability articulate product features and vision clearly to senior management and external executives and partners
- Excellent quantitative & qualitative analytical and critical thinking skills
- Continuously build knowledge and market intelligence
- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment.
