Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for generating revenue from new accounts and representing the company in various capacities
- Build a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities, and managing / expanding existing customer relationships
- Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts, share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results
- Training personnel and helping team members develop skills
- Onboard clients by providing technical and business guidance
- Build relationships with prospective clients & maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Analyse market and establish competitive advantages
Key Requirements :
- 3 - 7 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
- Ability to give client demonstrations online on technical product
- Highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- Dynamic, curious and a strong problem solver
Qualification :
- MBA Preferred, Marketing or related field
- 3 - 7 years of experience in B2B Sales preferably in fintech
