Reckitt Benckiser - Executive/Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

We at RB are looking for an incumbent who will be responsible for excise implementation, indirect taxation overall management post excise, Leading Export related Tax Benefit, NWC management & Inventory management and Gross Margin Variance Analysis of healthcare brands.


Responsibilities:


1) SAP module in-depth analysis and change implementation for Excise

2) Lead for all indirect taxation related reporting and timely return filing with Government

3) Overall NWC management

- Review of obsolete, excess and slow moving stock, provisioning, implementation of tools for minimising adverse inventory variance, etc.

- Vendor ageing and payment terms review and control

4) Gross margin variance analysis of domestic brands and driving GM enhancement projects at site

5) Monthly MIS reporting

6) CFT alignment for driving excise implementation in SAP

7) CFT interaction for driving GM enhancement projects at site


Key Challenges:


- Timely SAP excise module implementation with CFT alignment

- NWC improvement through control over RM - PM inventory


Professional Attributes :


- Chartered Accountant (1st attempt preferred)

- Minimum 2 years of factory experience

- SAP exposure preferred

- Excise exposure preferred
