For more information please visit www.rb.com RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES : - Driving Go-To-Market initiatives - Partner Sales GTM team to drive all GTM-led initiatives - Establishing & Tracking key Sales KPIs on projects, constructively challenging the modus operandi of each project and defining measurable KPIs. - Periodic review with management on all Sales projects ROIs, and way forward - Lead the Sales Annual Operating Plan cycle, by partnering Corporate Sales team - Ensuring correct accounting & reporting of all spends in line with RB Global policies & applicable local statutes RB 2.0 Transition : - Finance Lead for RB2.0 Project, partner with local and global implementation teams to drive on-ground execution & track overall progress on the project. - Tracking Business & key KPIs on live territories - Liaison with multi-function teams to drive system controls around the overall project implementation - Actively work with IS team to ensure smooth customer transition - Budget control on project spends & periodic update to Management Sales Operations : - Monthly DB Inventory tracking to ensure accurate system & global reporting. - Detailed deep-dive on DB stocks - Periodic analytics/observations with management - Lead specific Finance projects on Sales operations process improvement - Pro-actively drive GM Mix by designing incentives/promotions around High-GM portfolio - Apprise Region Sales Teams on monthly GM achievement and opportunities PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE - Qualification : CA (1st Attempt) - Years of experience : 2 - 6 yrs of experience - Any specific knowledge, skills, attributes required : Good at analysis COMPETENCIES - Financial Accounting & Control - Integrity & Judgement - Financial Analysis & Advice - Commercial Perspective - Financial Systems - Project management PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES : - Able to work with little or no supervision with accuracy and thoroughness. - Able to set realistic timetables, meet deadlines and prioritize work. - Able to quickly grasp new job requirements and/or more demanding tasks. - Cooperates positively as a team member with members of own department & other departments. - Honesty and integrity in all dealings. - Take accountability for actions and conduct in the workplace.
