The Role : - You should have solved large scale problems around end to end inventory management and supply chain. As we are a full stack company where in we procure to deliver, this is one of the most complex problems in our business. Our kitchens have 500+ inventories currently across 400+ locations in 4 countries comprising perishable and non-perishable items. And the numbers are ever increasing. And these are directly linked to the revenue of the company and bottom line as well, as one of the biggest costs of running a restaurant business is the food cost. Also, it's a complex problem of own + partner inventories for different brands we run at our kitchens across the globe. - We want to create a scalable and robust solution to track each and every inventory from a product consumption backwards to its origin real time. Think of a - chicken biryani '' where from a product rating given by a customer, we want to track it back to the batch, to the vendor and to the source of chicken across our network. - Also, build systems where we are more efficient in handling inventory from a supply chain and kitchen perspective by better forecasting, holding, indenting and fulfilment algorithms. It's a large problem that we are facing currently which we want to solve. This system which we are trying to build will ensure we can scale up any brand and product across the globe at a click of a button and everything will be automatically aligned and tracked. - You should be customer obsessed, smart and analytical, strategic yet execution focused, passionate about solving problems through technology, and must have shown some entrepreneurial leadership in the past. You will not only be responsible for building products but also be responsible for these products to deliver results.
