Role: HRBP

We are looking for an experienced HR personnel who has an expertise in hiring & building a great Technology and Product Team by tapping, onboarding and grooming the best talent available!

A Talent Magician who can get into the blood cells of the organization, understands the culture well and finds right fit for the company.

Someone who is on top of recruitment numbers, Updated with market dynamics, great negotiator, good with stakeholder management, positive on taking up challenges without saying this is not possible as @ Rebel we don't know this definition.

A person who Hands-on with on various recruitment platforms.

A person having an innovative approach towards recruitment and ensuring the team is developing the same.

Is strong on processes and compliances and most important is delighting each candidate by creating a great recruitment process experience.

Ideal Candidate:

- 3+ years of experience in the Tech, Product, IT & Business Recruitment.

- Experience in Employee Engagement & pulse analysis

- Employee grievance redressal

- Knowledge of people analytics - Attrition analysis, Retention of HIPOTs etc

- Process building & HR Policies

- Knowledge of PMS process execution

A person who not just stops at recruitment the best talent but also stays with them as a buddy & a
