Roles & Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with EatSure's marketing goals to drive brand growth and enhance social media presence.

- Content Planning: Manage and maintain platform-specific social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant content.

- Original Content Creation: Collaborate with design and production teams to produce high-quality, engaging content; shoot and create original material for campaigns.

- Copywriting: Develop compelling copy for various digital touchpoints, including push notifications, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, and social media posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels.

- Digital Marketing: Utilise tools like Meta Business Manager and Twitter Ads to boost and manage EatSure's social media content effectively.

- Ideation & Curation: Continuously ideate and curate fresh, engaging content to foster audience engagement and increase brand presence.

- Vendor Management: Take initiative and lead collaborations with third-party vendors, including influencers, content production agencies, and production houses.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with growth, product, PR, design, and production teams to meet marketing objectives and ensure consistent delivery of content.

- Community Engagement: Actively manage and nurture EatSure's social media communities by engaging with followers through comments and messages.

- Data Tracking: Track and analyse key metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and applications,

leveraging new opportunities to keep EatSure ahead of the curve.

- Topical Strategy: Keep a pulse on current trends and moments to create timely, strategic content for social.

- Innovation Mindset: Maintain a proactive approach to testing and exploring new strategies to keep EatSure's content fresh and relevant.

Required Skills & Abilities:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong copywriting skills for diverse formats like push notifications, WhatsApp, email, and social media.

- Proven experience in creating compelling social media content and managing content calendars.

- Ability to analyse and communicate complex social media data effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional multi-tasking and stakeholder management abilities.

Education & Experience:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism or a related field.

- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and copywriting.
