Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a SALES Head Commercial at Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd in Gurugram.

- As the head of sales, you will manage sales teams, oversee account management, implement sales strategies, and demonstrate strong analytical skills to drive business growth.

- Realty Smartz Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Head.


- Commercial to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial sales teams, driving business growth, developing strategic sales plans, and overseeing account management functions.


- This role demands a highly analytical individual with strong leadership skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and steering the team toward achieving ambitious revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:


- Sales Strategy Development and Execution Develop and implement robust sales strategies to meet business goals, focusing on the commercial real estate sector.


- Identify market trends, client needs, and potential business opportunities to inform sales strategy.


- Team Leadership and Management Lead, mentor, and manage the commercial sales team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.


- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills, motivate them, and ensure they are aligned with company goals.


- Account Management and Client Relations Oversee account management practices, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term partnerships. Performance Monitoring and Analytics Utilize data and analytics to monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and implement strategies to improve sales metrics.


- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and sales forecasts to guide decision-making. Revenue Growth and Business Development Drive revenue growth by exploring new market opportunities and expanding the client base. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns that support sales efforts.


- Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with senior management, product, and marketing teams to align sales efforts with broader business objectives. Provide regular updates on sales progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders.


Required Skills:
