Realme - Technical Lead - Consumer Electronics

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

2. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

3. Training Technical Trainers for new and running products.

4. Responsible for Repair Engineers training & development of training content.

5. Responsible for direct R&D interaction for product issues and feedback

6. Responsibility includes product quality and failure analysis for feedback to R&D team.

7. Responsible for defective quality check (RTC) at warehouse for spare return from ASC.

8. Designing and leading training programs for service department.

9. Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training content up to date with the latest technological advancements.

10. Identifying the main objectives, root cause for product initial failure and improvement

Eligibility:

1. Bachelors degree in Electronics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.

2. Should have minimum experience of 10+ years and min 5 years in Consumer electronics.

Skills required:

1. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

2. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
