Functional:

1. Oversee billing, collections, credit management, and cash application processes.

2. Monitor AR aging, prepare reports, and manage key metrics and KPIs

3. Ensure adherence to regulations, manage credit risk, and internal control

4. Supervise and guide AR team members, ensuring performance goals are met

6. Developing strategies to optimize AR processes, reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and improve cash flow

7. AR reconciliations, Monthly and annual closing activities related to AR period closure.

Eligibility

1. Post Graduation degree in accounting or CA is preferable

2. Minimum 8 yrs of experience in core Accounts Receivable role.

3. Well versed with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Skills required:

1. Clear written and verbal communication with active listening.

2. Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.

3. Strong organizational skills for prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and tracking accounts.

4. Effective time management to juggle multiple tasks.

5. Patience to deal with late payments and difficult stakeholders.

6. Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments (sales, accounting, audit, etc.).
