Support the non-production procurement in India, undertake procurement demands from the company's departments; search for adequate vendors based on budgets; manage of contracts and payments 2. Receive support and guidance from HQ; assist in establishing and improving the procurement management system and process; ensure business compliance. 4. Sort out and optimize India vendor resources, work out and implement procurement strategies for each category together with HQ in China. 5. Conduct vendor market analysis and vendor performance evaluations regularly, and produce vendor development strategies to build good vendor relationship
