Realme - Digital Creative Content Manager

Key responsibilities areas :

1. Develop engaging content for our social media platforms. Utilizing creators and community to create the content

2. Research and stay updated on industry trends to generate fresh and innovative ideas for content creation.

3. Create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other contents

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.

5. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and style.

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices in content creation and digital marketing.

Eligibility:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, journalism or any related field.

2. Proven experience in video edit, video shoots, creative ideas implementation preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.

3. Experience with video editing and content creation software.

Skills required:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

2. Excellent editing skills with a strong attention to detail.

3. Proficiency with video editing software

4. Creative thinking and the ability to create videos using employees/ in- house talent

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

6. Familiarity with social media platforms, content and trends in India.
