We are looking for a highly enthusiastic professional who could lead the development and management of the social media, CRM, digital marketing, email marketing and content marketing programs for the company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Leading our team of Advertising Professionals to define online and offline advertising strategy and creation of multi-channel advertising campaigns.

- Defining metrics to be able to track the online marketing campaign with reference to overall business (Sales) objectives

- In-depth working experience in various products as Google AdWords, SEO, Google Analytic, Email marketing, LinkedIn Advertising etc.

- Establishing and developing an Online marketing team and its framework

- An Analytic and data driven strategy to develop and streamline the Online Marketing strategy

- Experience in gathering insights from multiple data sources and making informed decisions to improve performance of search campaigns.

- Determine ROI/KPI/Metrics on search marketing efforts

- Manage the digital marketing budget

- Attractive CTC and Perks

Desired Qualifications:

- B.Tech + M.B.A. (from Premier Institutes- IIMs preferred)

- Strong understanding of Digital & Social Media Marketing techniques

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Digital & Social Media Marketing (IT/ITES industry)

- Pro/Expert level Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
