Positions

1. General Manager – Sales and Marketing (Approx 5-7 years of experience) (1 nos.)

2. Asst. Manager / Manager – Sales and Marketing (Channel / Direct / Corporate etc) (2 – 5 years of experience ) (10 nos.)

Details of the positions

Position Summary – General Manager

No of Reportees: 7-10 member team

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a senior sales role, to join our team as GM of Sales. The person will lead and manage a sales team, be responsible for achieving our ambitious growth plans, and engage with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement sales strategies that we achieve and exceed budgeted levels of sales growth. This role is all about setting up complete sales and backend parent company processes to kick-start the business. This also involves leading the team of Sales professionals for sales to customers. We are looking for a dynamic person to fill this position.

This role umbrellas the entire sales process from beginning to end

a.Lead Generation to Closing Sales,

b.Introducing and maintaining brokers, referral partners, network distributors and prospects.

c.Devising our go to market plan for our services, driving and coordinating the pace of execution

d.Achieving target levels of new business through effective management of a team of sales professionals,

e.Implementation of Sales Strategy that addresses different geographical sales coverage

f. To recruit, spire, develop, manage and motivate a growing team of sales professionals, network distributors and introducers, who will deliver high standards of sales services across all identified markets and service lines

g.To regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team.

3. Broker and Dealer Network Management

4. Creation and Management of Sales team

5. Revenue Maximization

6. Cost optimization

MBA/non MBA with excellent communication and PR skills. A strategic mindset is important. Should own their own conveyance.

Position Summary – Assistant Manager / Manager Sales

Individual contributor to start with. To have a team of 3-7 people after a period.

1. Sales Target Achievement: Lead generation to closure

2. Account Management for tie ups with corporates

3. Broker and Dealer Network Management

4. Revenue Maximization

MBA/non MBA with excellent communication and PR skills. Should own their own conveyance. 6 Days working including Saturday and Sunday. Week day will be off.
