Real Estate Investment Analyst - Private Equity/Venture Capital/Investment Banking - CA/IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Responsibilities and Expectations: -

- Experience on financial modelling, excel and presentation required.

- Draft and review of real estate, documents, Constitution, Agreements from commercial standard points and legal points -Organize data or liaise with international consultants.

- Work on real estate data, and understand it, accumulate it and make notes.

- Managing accounts & finance tax and regulatory advisory and compliance aspects.

- Support the execution of investments by performing Financial due diligence, financial analysis, modelling, deal closing, and interaction required for investment communication

- Legal Documentation, liaison with Lawyers

- Portfolio monitoring and conduct periodic Portfolio Analysis

- Preparing presentations and communiqu for Investor Interactions.

Position Requirements:

- 3 - 7 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting

Qualification:

- CA / MBA from Top Tier Institute - Sector understanding Real Estate

- Strong research skills incorporating qualitative and quantitative analysis

- Highly proficient in financial statement analysis and financial modelling

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proactive, Motivated and enthusiastic self-starter

- Ability to balance and prioritize multiple investment opportunities and projects
