Responsibilities:

- Sourcing of Investment Opportunity on regular basis

- Conducting Project feasibility studies of projects and providing key strategic inputs to Investment Committee for decision making

- Involved in negotiation, structuring and closure of the deals

- Maintaining relationship with Developers, Investors and Property Consultants

- Raising project level debt / down-selling / Co-investments for portfolio companies as per the Requirements.

- Preparation & presentation of Investment Committee Notes to the Investment Committee

- Identifying potential exit opportunities and concluding the exits
