Asset Strategy Reviews: Prepared detailed going forward analysis (Going Forward IRR and Step-out Valuation analysis) to decide whether to hold or sell the asset.

Benchmarking of real estate assets against the customized index created.

Performance and attribution analysis of cross border real estate portfolios.

Building Performance Measurement Models using excel VBA.

Providing periodic real estate performance narrative on a macro level to the fund manager.

Prepare risk exposure report.

Responsible for Market Research both primary and Secondary

Should be able to work independently

Would be reporting in to CEO

Key Skills: B.Tech or MBA from reputed institute
