Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Inside Sales Team Lead to build and lead a high-performing
sales team from the ground up.
This is a challenging role that requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to create scalable sales processes.
You will play a key role in setting up the team, defining sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and Lead: Recruit, train, and manage a Inside sales team to drive sales performance.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop sales scripts, workflows, and conversion strategies to maximize lead conversion.
- Process Setup: Establish and refine Inside sales processes, CRM usage, and reporting mechanisms.
- Performance Management: Set KPIs, track team performance, and ensure sales targets are met.
- Coaching & Training: Conduct regular coaching sessions, upskill the team, and handle performance improvement plans.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Data-Driven Approach: Analyze call data, customer feedback, and sales trends to optimize performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams for lead management and smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in Inside sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in setting up Inside sales teams and processes from scratch is a huge plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
