- To succeed in this role, the incumbent must have a sound knowledge of all recruiting strategies (e.g., sourcing, screening, interviewing) and be able to close the position within the defined SLA.
- Should develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
- Maintain candidate tracker and other required information for the position
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria and hire the candidate within the SLA timelines
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Should create talent pipelines and have a repository of potential candidates
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess the candidate information, including resumes and contact details
- Design interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Organize walk-ins, and attend job fairs
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
