AVP/VP - Business Operations ( MSW, WtE )

The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Responsible for the day to day operations for Collection & Transportation / Processing & Disposal / Waste to Energy.

- Responsible for top line and bottom line as per budget.

- Responsible to set up the bench markings, implementation of SOP's and extracting the desired work.

- Timely submission and collection of bill invoice from corporation/Power Grid.

- Maintain good rapport with Govt. officials.

- Optimum utilization of deployed vehicles and machinery at minimum cost and achieve budgeted tonnage.

- Execution and implementation of best operational methods for the best output.

- Handling overall daily issue related to operation, manpower, Government Official etc.

- Routine check-up and field survey for the proper C&T/P&D/WTE operations.

- Leading, mentoring, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operation and meeting of individual's expertise.

- Taking Review meeting weekly and fortnight with all the staff to discuss operational issue.
