R&D System Architect

Main Purpose Of The Role And Key Responsibilities :

- Specify the Requirements on the Product and Define features

- Come up with feasibility study

- Develop/ Guide development of Prototypes for the same as Proof of Concept

- Specify Architecture and ensure compliance to the same

- Perform Key Reviews of Deliverables

- Contribute and Support Development of the Product

- Engage in drawing up requirements based on operator process and workflows

Requirements :

Experience : 8-12 Years in IT/Telecom Industry

Mandatory Skills :

Technical :

- Experience in the area of Business Support Systems (Billing, Charging, CRM)

- Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and experience in using Enterprise Information Bus

- Business Intelligence & Analytics

- Ability to deal with Real time & continuous available systems.

- Architectural Tradeoff Analysis and Methods

- IT Technologies & Tools

- Java, JEE, RDBMS, SOA, REST, ESB, BPM/BPEL, Big data/Hadoop

- Exposure to at least two of the following topics

- Operator Processes in CRM, Billing, Order management

- Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- eTOM/ITIL, Shared Information Directory (SID)

- Enterprise integration patterns

Personal Attributes :

- Attention to detail coupled with ability to process data from many sources

- Able to inter work with different product teams and provide guidance on technical topics as and when required.

- Ability to work cooperatively with cross functional teams

- Fluent English
