Job Description:

1. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions

2. Ensure availability of required resources for the smooth execution of design & development of projects in the areas of ANTENNAS & RF Products

3. Guide the hardware design engineers in design and development plan of Antennas & RF products

4. Conduct design and development reviews at appropriate stages

5. Ensure that the design and development projects are completed as planned

6. Ensure proper documentation of the design and development projects

7. Handle all the customer enquiries

8. Cost estimation for the projects
