Job Summary / Responsibilities

- 5-7 years of experience in product development creating & end product Bakery Mixes

- Understanding of formulation and application design of Bakery Mixes and similar product

- Understanding of formulation and application design from QSR / Processor perspective

- Ability to follow processes ensuring product consistency and safety

- Technical Presentation skills

Understanding of Indian Food Consumer Industry & market trends.

Qualifications & Experience

- Graduate in Hotel Management / Catering / Food Science

- Specialization / Additional Diploma in Culinary / Bakery would be given preference
