RCA/CAPA Specialist - eCommerce

Job Description :

As a RCA Specialist you will be expected to have an exceptional understanding of the processes and policies of the company and identify final root cause of problems given to you.

Primary Responsibilities will include :

- Understanding all processes and policies for a specific vertical in the company

- Complete responsibility for identifying root cause of problems identified within the vertical

- Partnering with business units to obtain information to ensure information received is accurate and useful

- Documenting information flow maps; and identify and perform root cause analysis of current process and information management inefficiencies

- Support CAPA Specialists with information on root causes identified and any additional information on projects undertaken by the CAPA Specialist

- Data Analysis - understanding and pulling data from various sources within the company as required to support CAPA Specialist

- As a CAPA Specialist you will be expected to lead projects aimed at improving customer experience in the company by improving processes and/OR fixing problems with a specific vertical in the company.

Primary responsibilities will include :

- Understanding as-is business setup and processes

- Support the identification of robust root cause analyses for given problems

- Identification of appropriate corrective and preventive actions

- Maintaining awareness of industry best practices for the vertical

- Preparing business cases for changes required to execute and implement the actions

- Obtain buying from businesses on the changes required to be implemented and work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on planned actions

- Drive implementation of projects and periodically check for effectiveness of CAPA

- Perform other duties as necessary

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Strong analytical mindset and logical reasoning capabilities

- Excellent oral, and written communication skills

- Attention to detail and superb organization skills

- Strong sense of ownership

- MBA from a recognized institute

- 3 years of work experience in a similar background

- Strong analytical mindset and logical reasoning capabilities

- Problem solving skills - ability to visualize complex problems and generate multiple solutions and options for any given problem

- Manage multiple projects and accomplish desired results in a timely manner

- Ability to handle high pressure and tight deadlines

- Demonstrated ability to effectively drive results

- Proficient in working knowledge of MS Word, Excel (Advanced preferably good with Macros), and PowerPoint

- Excellent oral, and written communication skills
