Job Description :
- Strategy planning and development of business architecture:
- Across Consumer Finance businesses
- Defining Key Business Parameters for respective BU
- Co-manage & deliver on Sales Strategy
- Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (budgeting / capacity planning / targets leading to cost and revenue projections) along with key indicators review / gap analysis / improvement plan both at new and portfolio levels
- Responsible for developing the incentive structure in conjunction with Business /Collection, aligning frontline to the organizational goals and driving through Score Cards and KPI's:
- Designing & roll out of Sales Campaigns / Loyalty Program to increase portfolio & productivity
- Launch new initiatives in conjunction with stakeholders
- Regular market benchmarking facilitated through active market travelling & meeting internal teams / customers / competition
- To research and identify new market opportunities
- Work with Vertical heads to ensure audits, compliance and sales errors are within the necessary guidelines
- Responsible for data management, analysis, monitoring and quality
- Maintain high visibility with respect to liaison with Sr. Management
