A. Position Purpose :
This is a senior level profile (16-20 years) to manage the Digital & Mobile Channel initiatives of the Credit Card business. Credit card is a critical business unit of the bank. Digital initiatives are core to the growth strategy. The position is part of technology and will take part of digital channel strategy and own the implementations. We are looking for a strong candidate with more than 15 years of experience in digital channels alone and experience in working on credit card systems. The person need to come up with Innovative solutions and implement them for Omni-Channel experience for our Credit Card clients.
Position Responsibilities:
Sr. Key Responsibilities :
1 Understanding the business and the related technology requirements. Coming up with innovative and mordern technology solutions for the business requirements
2 Manage end to end implementation of projects related to digital channels like websites, Mobile, Bots , CRM, etc.
3 One point contact for all Credit cards digital platform related initiatives and projects delivery
4 Provide consultancy to business, Partner and other stakeholders on the new age technology available in the digital space. Continuously review market movements in digital space and implement the same in bank environment
5 Responsible for enabling digital channel as self-service channel for customer
6 Manage a team of business analysts, Technology resources, Test resources and project managers.
7 Overall owner of channel adaption and servicing along with product managers.

Qualifications :
Essential : Graduate in any discipline. Passionate on Technology innovation specially in digital space
Experience :
Essential 12+ years of experience in Credit Card Payment domain
- Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities / training as part of the job.
- Managed digital projects which has provided customer satisfaction and revenue earning for business. Experience on Agile deliveries.
- Understanding of Indian regulatory on digital requirements
- Should have overall understanding of the working of various credit card processes like origination, underwriting, account boarding, card embossing, transaction billing and statements generation, etc.
- Strong knowledge on Web and Mobile technology stack and trends.
- Passionate on customer journeys improvement.

- Credit Card Functional Knowledge Working knowledge of Vision Plus or any other Credit Card processing system
- Digital Channels Knowledge on new age digital channels like E-Banking, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Chat BOT, CRM, etc.
- Working knowledge of coding principles
B. Functional Inter-linkages
Internal & External :
- Co-ordination with Vendors/Partner for functional discussion
- Co-ordination with internal stakeholder for integrations with various core and non-core systems.
