Position Purpose

RBL Bank is one of the leading issuer in India in Credit Cards and plan to grow and invest in payments domain. Person leading the tech center of excellence will help manage the tech product and project management across multiple channels including and not limited to our mobile app, e banking, whatsapp banking, CRM and more.

Position Responsibilities

Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

1. Product & project management for Payment business including digital channels - for Credit Cards. Mobile App, Chatbot, Whatsapp Banking, CRM, Loan Origination System(LOS), LMS and more. The role is enhancing features for Credit Card business in partnership with technology.

2. Bridge between technical, business and design teams. Inherently cross functional role. Need to work closely with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation. Should be able to understand APIs and SDKs and their integrations. Translate requirements into business requirement document.

3. Establish short - and long-term product goals and strategies and manage product roadmap to support business goals.

4. Work and develop enhancements on customer onboarding journey for multiple products. Work with stakeholders to align from project management standpoint

5. Work with technology to reduce operational process leveraging system and technology

6. This is a mid-leadership role with responsibility of managing a team of product managers - as well as responsible for product + project management across the tech center of excellence.

This person will be leading all IT projects from the business side across channels including but not limited to our mobile app, e banking, whatsapp banking, CRM and more.

The person will be responsible for delivery of 3-4 Business Analyst. This will be a team handling role. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic developing digital customer journeys and have prior experience on technology and development. Experience around knowledge of as technical developer would be handy

7. Target Organizations - Accenture, TCS, Fiserv or experience as techno product manager working in payment domains/Fintech organisation.

Target roles - IT consulting

Target batches -2015 batch MBA

Target PG education - Tier 1 B schools with coding experience before MBA and after B.Tech

Experience/Exposure to technology stacks across - AngularJS, Xamarin, Vue.js and frameworks like Swiftic, Flutter, Sencha

DB Skills - Exposure to SQL programming, able to write queries to pull data across cuts. Comfortable with schemas, joins, nested queries

8. Build business requirement document in partnership with product and support functions

9. Ability to understand FSD document, initiate & Conduct UAT, map trach delivery with the BRD, highlight tech gaps and testing in partnership with specialized partners to ensure bug free delivery

A. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential -MBA from Tier 1 B-schools only - with 1-5 yr exp for

- Product management in B2C apps, startups with app role, tech consultants(with companies like Accenture/Infosys etc.) is preferred. Candidates from Banking industry having managed business support group functions may also be considered.

- Need strong product management experience of working on development and conceptualization of consumer facing mobile applications along with driving growth and usage

- Open to non banking candidates

- Working with startups in digital product management is a plus

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while ensuring compliance standards

- Experience on working with external and internal technology/solution providers

- Should have ideally managed a complex tech product from ideation/conceptualization to growth.
