Job Title : Senior Manager/Manager

Location : Select NR Focus Branches - As Assigned

Reporting To : Cluster Heads

Position Purpose :

- Acquisition of Non Resident Business through open market along with cross selling of other products of the Bank.

Position Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

- New to bank acquisition of NRI Customers through assigned branches.

- Excellent command of product and processes knowledge

- Numerical and analytical skills to calculate returns / Yields / EMI / Etc on products for customers.

- Excellent written and oral skills.

- Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML

- Ability to function in and add to the performance of a NR Champions.

- Ensure NR Channel meets its overall revenue

- Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.

- Co-coordinating with other businesses to generate cross referrals and for providing NR customer's seamless access to all Bank products

- Develops new and expands existing NRI customer relationship for liabilities and across range of bank product offering.

- Cross sells all Third party products.

- Develops databases for lead generation, identifies market segments.

- Building personal relationships with clients through relationship calling/emailing efforts and social interaction.

- Activation of customer - Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1), 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB, 75% penetration of Direct Banking Channels.

- Driving RAR contest through NR focus branches

- Plans and conducts special sales initiative and events for prospective and existing clients.

- To Maintain MIS for all acquisition figures and account up gradations.

- Maintains complete relationships for assigned customer accounts.

- Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements

Qualifications and Experience Requirement :

Qualifications : Minimum Graduate, Preferred MBA + IRDA /AMFI qualified

Experience :

Essential :

- 4-5 years of experience in New to Bank NRI Business acquisition with a bank,

- Must possess good knowledge of NR Segment for new to bank acquisition.

- Should know the local language.

Competency Requirements :

Technical Skills :

Skill : Computer Skills Good skills of Excel.

Banking Knowledge : Candidates with basic knowledge of Banking, FX will be preferable.

Behavioural Skills :

Skill :

- Communication Skills Good written &verbal communication. Fluency in English (written and spoken)

- Presentable and with High Grooming standards

CTC : Maximum 8 lacs PA fixed (including PF & Gratuity) +Bonus + Reimbursements for local conveyance & mobile (As per Bank Policy)
