What are we looking for: Sr.Manager / AVP - Premium Credit Cards

What he/she will do @ RBL Bank:

- Conceptualize, build and launch the premium credit cards business

- Develop product roadmap and go-to-market strategy

- Liaise with key functions such as Sales, Risk, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance in making the products a success

- Drive key business metrics such as new cards acquisition, activation, spends per card and customer attrition

- Lead partnerships with external players for digital acquisition of cards

- Own interventions to drive product value proposition utilization

- Ensure regular review of portfolio at regular intervals and appropriate reporting.

- Run marketing campaigns through mediums like - Online, SMS, Email etc. and develop acquisition focused marketing programs

- Responsible for the development of all customer requirement understanding such as Generate market Intelligence, buyer preferences and competition mapping, markets investigation etc.

- Review and suggest cost saving measures so as to be within budgets on the Product P&L

Some basic checks..

- MBA from Tier1/2 institute

- Experience level: 4-6 years

- Previous experience: Good understanding of the financial services business, prior experience of working on a business / product / policy/credit role with a premium/luxury brand is a big plus
