Job Title: Product Manager - Digital Channels(App, Chatbot)

Grade: Manager/Sr. Manager

Department: Credit Cards

Location: Branch JMD Megapolis, Gurgaon

A. Position Purpose:

This is a replacement position for the existing candidate working with Digital Product Management team in credit cards. RBL Bank is one of the leading issuer in India in Credit Cards and plan to grow and invest in payments domain.

Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform):

1. Product management for digital channels - for Credit Cards. Mobile App, Chatbot, Whatsapp Banking and more.

2. Bridge between technical, business and design teams. Inherently cross functional role. Need to work closely with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation. Should be able to understand APIs and SDKs and their integrations.

3. Establish short and long term product goals and strategies and manage product roadmap to support business goals.

4. Development of features on digital platforms from designing UI/UX, customer journeys, instant benefit for superior customer experience. Lead partnerships and agency relationships

5. Develop and manage key metrics indicators to measure performance and provide foundation of continuous improvement

6. This is a mid-leadership role with responsibility of managing a team of product managers

7 Target Organizations - Accenture, TCS or experience as techno product manager working in payment domains/Fintech organisation.

Target roles:

- IT consulting Target batches ; 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 batches, Target PG education - Tier 1 B schools with coding experience before MBA and after B.Tech Optional Experience - only IITs 5-6 years experience with experience as product manager Experience/Exposure to technology stacks across

- AngularJS, Xamarin, Vue.js and frameworks like Swiftic, Flutter, Sencha DB Skills

- Exposure to SQL programming, able to write queries to pull data across cuts. Comfortable with schemas, joins, nested queries . This will be a team handling role. We are looking for people who are enthusiastic developing digital customer journeys and have prior experience on technology and development. Experience around knowledge of as technical developer would be handy

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement:

Qualifications:

Essential:

- MBA from Tier 1 B schools only - with 1-5 yr exp for Product management in B2C apps, startups with app role, tech consultants (with companies like Accenture/Infosys etc.) is preferred. Also candidates from startups - who've handled growth or analytics verticals.

Experience:

Essential :

- Need strong product management experience of working on development and conceptualization of consumer facing mobile applications along with driving growth and usage

- Open to non banking candidates

- Working with startups in digital product management is a plus

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while ensuring compliance standards

- Experience on working with external and internal technology/solution providers

- Should have ideally managed a complex tech product from ideation/conceptualization to growth.

- Zero to one folks preferred

2. Idea combination - Btech CSE with programming experience - Plus - MBA from tier 1 B schools
