Reporting To Project Head, Co-branded Credit Card

A. Position Purpose: Driving business growth with project management & delivery

B. Position Responsibilities:

Sr. Key Responsibilities:

1. Driving key projects in coordination with partner

2. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders for the streamlined execution of projects

3. Ensure project delivery on-time, within scope and budget

4. Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps

5. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

6. Vendor Management

7. Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

8. Monitoring and tracking project performance

C. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications:

Essential B.E/B.Tech / MBA

Preferred Tier 1 B School

Certifications:

Experience:

Essential Product Management, Project Management ( 3 -5 years )

Preferred Payment Product Mgmt., Sales Mgmt. Banking experience,

D. Competency Requirements :

a. Technical Skills :

Skill Attribute :

Ms-office Ms-Word, Ms-Excel, Ms-Power point

- Software Development Basics of any programming Language, Cloud, APIs

- Process Design Need to work in a process and workflow based design set up, including SOPs for new processes, solution construct and service offerings, with a business mindset. This will include, working with Operations, IT, Customer Service, Risk teams etc.
