Responsibilities :

- Work closely with all verticals to understand content strategy objectives and deliverables

- Create a clear communication strategy for next 3 years

- Develop & manage communication across all customer touchpoints

- Develop brand strategy & frameworks like brand purpose & key

- Convert brand purpose to relevant big ideas and campaigns

- Manage a team of graphic designers and content creators

- Deliver to briefs around content & copy

- Work with external agencies for content requirements

- Design Card face and communication collateral in partnership with creative agencies

Experience & Skills :

- 2+ years in a communication/marketing role in BFSI

- Experience in planning/strategy function at a creative agency

- Deep understanding of payments domain (Credit Cards preferred)

- Great creative instinct & attention to detail

- Proficient at developing test plans to validate hypotheses.

- Ability to create content and below the line communications.

- Proficiency in language (both English/Hindi) (other language understanding would be added advantage
