A. Position Purpose

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Technology Business Analyst to join our Credit Cards team and help develop product and capabilities on payment domain (in specific Credit Card) across the consumer life cycle (onboarding, acquisition, account management, customer service, LOS, LMS and other digital channels like Mobile App, chatbot, whats app etc. The role is a bridge between technology and product where BA is require to understand the new feature and work closely with technology team for a successful customer launch.

Position Responsibilities -

Sr. Key Responsibilities (Please mention all the responsibilities expected from the incumbent to perform)

1. As a Business Analyst, candidate is require to create a business requirement document in partnership with product and other stakeholders. Gather requirements and conduct a project management with relevant stakeholders.

2. Bridge between technical, business and design teams. Inherently cross functional role. Need to work closely with stakeholders for requirement elicitation, gathering and documentation. Should be able to understand APIs and SDKs and their integrations.

3. Provide guidance on the use of new technologies or systems to improve credit card products and services. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through process reengineering or technology implementation

4. Development of features on digital platforms from designing UI/UX, customer journeys, instant benefit for superior customer experience. Lead partnerships and agency relationships

5. Conduct research to identify emerging trends in credit card technologies or systems that may affect the industry or bank's market position

6. The role will involve studying the FSD document, mapping the FSD with BRD document and then working to develop the product/features. Post SIT, Business analyst will work to create testing scenarios, conducting UATs. Post UAT success, will initiate CUG and production movement.

The project would involve working with mulitple stakeholders and tracking a project plan with necessary deliverables.

7. Target Organizations - Accenture, TCS, Fiserv, Attra or experience as techno product manager working in payment domains/Fintech organization.

Target roles - IT consulting

Target PG education - Tier 1 B schools with coding experience before MBA and after B.Tech

Experience/Exposure to technology stacks across - AngularJS, Xamarin, Vue.js and frameworks like Swiftic, Flutter, Sencha

DB Skills - Exposure to SQL programming, able to write queries to pull data across cuts. Comfortable with schemas, joins, nested queries

We are looking for people who are enthusiastic developing digital customer journeys and have prior experience on technology and development. Experience around knowledge of as technical developer would be handy

B. Qualifications and Experience Requirement

Qualifications

Essential - MBA / PGDM - with 2-5 yr exp for

- Product management in B2C apps, startups with app role, tech consultants(with companies like Accenture/Infosys etc.) is preferred. Candidates from Banking industry having managed business support group functions may also be considered.

- Need strong product management experience of working on development and conceptualization of consumer facing mobile applications along with driving growth and usage.

- Open to non-banking candidates

- Working with startups in digital product management is a plus.

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment while ensuring compliance standards.

- Experience on working with external and internal technology/solution providers.

- Should have ideally managed a complex tech product from ideation/conceptualization to growth.
