Job Description :
Looking for someone, ideally from Cards Product/Portfolio background.
Recruiting for Mgr/Sr. Mgr. (1.5-4 years) or AVP (4-7 years)
For Activation :
KPIs :
1. Manage Activation/onboarding for Credit Cards and related onboarding activities. Ability to develop onboarding & related activities to drive Activation & other business metrics plan, new ideas and achieve planned targets.
2. Work along with cross functional teams to conceptualize, implement and drive activation campaigns and ongoing management of Onboarding journey
3. Co-own business target and actively participate in business, product, Outbound team and customer-service strategy
4. Lead and drive new capability development and onboarding related projects
5. Drive digital engagement and strong hold on metrics related to early engagement.
Experience required :
1. Cards/Payments/ecom/agency or related background in customer marketing is preferable.
2. Has a keen eye for latest technologies, and also has good grip on numbers and analytics.
For Usage :
KPIs :
1. Manage Customer engagement and drive spend targets for Credit Cards portfolio and related growth marketing activities.
2. Work along with cross functional teams to conceptualize, implement and drive usage growth related initiatives
3. Co-own business target and actively participate in business, product, Outbound team and customer-service strategy
4. Identify new opportunities for growth & revenue and actively lead and drive implementation and track the ROI
5. Drive digital capability development and strong hold on metrics related to growth marketing
6. Lead & scale upgrade and other revenue led initiatives and drive growth and meet business targets
7. Track, monitor and drive customer spend behaviour and plan activities to drive related spend metrics
Experience required :
1. Cards/Payments/ecom or related background in customer marketing is preferable.
2. BFL Activation
KPIs :
1. Manage Activation/onboarding for BFL Credit Cards and related BFL onboarding activities. Ability to develop onboarding & related activities to drive Activation & other business metrics plan, new ideas and achieve planned targets.
2. Work along with cross functional teams to conceptualize, implement and drive activation campaigns and ongoing management of Onboarding journey for BFL sourced cards and related activities
3. Co-own business target and actively participate in business, product, Outbound team and customer-service strategy
4. Lead and drive new capability development and onboarding related projects
5. Drive digital engagement and strong hold on metrics related to early engagement.
BFL Usage/Retention :
KPIs :
1. Manage, lead and drive Customer engagement, usage growth and customer Retention related metrics and plan initiatives for BFL Credit Cards portfolio and related growth marketing activities.
2. Work along with cross functional teams to conceptualize, implement and drive usage growth related initiatives
3. Co-own business target and actively participate with partner, business, product, Outbound team and customer-service strategy
4. Identify new opportunities for growth & revenue and actively lead and drive implementation and track the ROI
5. Drive digital capability development and strong hold on metrics related to growth marketing
6. Lead & scale upgrade and other revenue led initiatives and drive growth and meet business targets
